Blue Jet, Red Sprites and Milky Way: During our astrophotography workshop at Singalila National Park, after a disappointing couple of days, we were finally able to get a hint of clear skies. We were able to capture a few shots of the milky way in the short period. While reviewing the images later, to our surprise, we found to have captured the extremely rare blue jet lightning and red sprites in the backdrop of milky way.
Equipment: Nikon D5600, Tokina 11-16mm, Benro Tripod. Exif: 10*15 seconds, f/2.8, ISO 800, 11mm (Sky), 1 second, f/11, ISO 100, 11mm (foreground). Location: Singalila National Park, Nepal. Date: 24th September 2022.
