L’EPOD di oggi è uno spettacolare paesaggio di Montagna, catturato in una delle valli delle Alpi Francesi. Per immortalare questo cielo ci sono voluti circa 4 km di trekking nella neve.

“Guardians of Winter”
The Clapeyto chalets are located in one of the valleys of the French Alps, specifically in the Queyras Regional Natural Park. The sky’s transparency is remarkable and is considered among the purest in Europe.
This photograph required a 4 km hike through the snow.
These mountain chalets once served as resting places for people who spent their summers up there cutting hay for the long winter months. Sheep were also herded up there in the summers, and this is still the case today!
In winter, the chalets are closed due to the snow, which makes vehicle access impossible.
